CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, our team will work diligently to ensure you receive the appropriate refunds. Please note that a charge for this service may be included in your cancellation insurance coverage.
CONSULTATION SERVICE: For those who have already made travel arrangements, our consultation service offers a discerning eye to assess your plans, filling in any missed details and providing exclusive insights.
CONCIERGE SERVICES: We are a high-touch company offering bespoke services to our clients when they travel. Whether it's arranging dining reservations, spa appointments, golf tee times, or ski services, we ensure your desires are met with the utmost care. We can also introduce you to the concierge at your destination should you prefer to manage these arrangements yourself.

VILLA RENTAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT:

Service Fees
To initiate our partnership, we charge an initial consultation fee of $295.00. This fee, which is requested in advance, is a reflection of the extensive research and detailed design work that goes into orchestrating your travels.
Should you decide to proceed with our services, this fee will be seamlessly integrated into the final payment for your journey. However, in the event that you opt not to proceed, this fee will cover our costs incurred during the planning stage.
If you use our Hotel Desk only with no additional planning, no service fee will apply.
